“ Ordered asada nachos, chicken quesadilla, chicken taco, and two carne asada tacos - amazing food. Popular local favorite; despite the long lines the service was excellent. Hardworking folks provide great food and there's a large sit down area too. No drive-thru ”
“ First time coming to this location, when we walked in it looked completely different to the other locations we have been. Dining area looks a better than other locations. The lines are like any other KT locations. But what I did notice that was different was the variety of plates they offer. We ordered the chilaquiles verdes, it comes with a piece of steak, side of beans and the chilaquiles. You can order eggs for additional cost. We ordered a wet all meat burrito. Also a side of fries. Waiting for the food was about 20-25mins. But the food for us was great! Everything came out hot and fresh we really enjoyed it. Overall experience was good, the only thing is they only had one cashier taking orders. I would definitely come back to try other plates they offer. ”
“ Great taco place a staple of the LA scene. The food is always hot and made to order. The wait can be long so don't go if you are in a rush. ”
“ I've been a lifelong KT fan for many years. Anyone who knows me knows my first experience was at the KT in East LA on 3rd Street where my now father-in-law tested me on how I could handle the red sauce and tacos at KT (I was dating my wife at the time and he was old school OG and wanted to make sure I could hang). Needless to say I passed (along with other "tests" he gave me) and, over 14 years later, I am still a fan of KT. However, I've never been to this location in Maywood. And I regret never having come here until now! Just imagine a KT with draft beer... Now imagine one that sells wet burritos. Now imagine one that sells moles... That sells asada fries... That sells taquitos... That sells pozole... Well you get the pic. KT isn't known for more than their tacos, burritos, quesadillas, sopes and the weekend rotisserie chicken. But this KT isn't your typical. They serve everything I just mentioned... And beer! Who doesn't love himself/herself a spicy taco with a cold beer to wash it down? I love wet burritos, so for my first time here, I got an al pastor wet burrito with green sauce. It was more tangy than I had anticipated, but still good. Next time, it'll be the red sauce... Or maybe the mole... Or maybe the taquitos... Or... Dang it, I've got to come back again. I can't decide... ”
“ It's been awhile since my husband and I visit this location but since we were on the area we stopped by for brunch. He loved his burrito and I really liked the chilaquiles verdes I asked for. The meat come out a little overcooked on my plate and I asked for the meat to be medium, but flavor was good. The agua de piña was delicious. Overall a good brunch, only downside was the overcooked meat, but still delicious. ”
